Local Assembly Member for Monmouth, Nick Ramsay, was delighted to receive notification that three Monmouthshire businesses are in contention for a Welsh title in the Countryside Alliance Awards 2020.
The awards, otherwise known as “The Rural Oscars”, are the most prestigious rural business awards to win, and give a voice and a platform to the best of out produce, enterprise, heritage and communities.
Speaking today Nick said: “I was delighted that Raglan Farm Park is a finalist in the Rural Enterprise category, and that NS James of Raglan and Trims Town Gate Butchery are both local finalists in the Butchery category.
“I’m looking forward to the announcement of the Welsh titles in May, and hope to see further success from our local businesses which will be very well deserved. Good luck in the finals!”
