AM Drops in For Company, Coffee and a Chat

MONMOUTH Assembly Member, Nick Ramsay AM, was delighted to drop in on the opening day of new 3cs Centre in Cross Street, Abergavenny yesterday.

The new centre is conveniently located above Abergavenny Bargain Store in Cross Street.

The centre was bustling, and is clearly providing a much needed focus for local people who would otherwise be without basic company and support.

Speaking after his visit Nick said, “I was well looked after during my visit and enjoyed chatting to local volunteers who have put so much into making this venture possible.

“Everyone is welcome at the new centre, people should feel free, like I did, to drop in anytime in the week between 10 and 4.

“Visitors can pass the time however they like, enjoying art, music or simply chatting to people with similar experiences.”

Nick added, “I will do what I can to see the centre receives appropriate funding, meanwhile –I would encourage everyone in the town to do what they can to support this excellent centre.

“Well done everyone for all your hard work, I will certainly be dropping by again when I need some respite from the day to day stresses and strains of life!”
