Monmouth Assembly Member, Nick Ramsay, has welcomed news that Which? has created a dedicated consumer rights hub in response to the Covid-19 pandemic which aims to keep people updated with useful information and advice.
The information provided includes about what people should do about cancelled travel arrangements, postponed events and insurance issues; right through to helping people to spot fake news and scams, how to manage their finances if they find themselves in an uncertain situation, and recommending technology to help them stay in touch with elderly and self-isolated friends and family.
Speaking today Nick said: "This new service will be a useful resource for constituents with a wide-ranging list of questions on consumer issues arising from the current situation. It is a completely free service for anyone to access, and brings together all the latest news, updates and advice on issues related to Covid-19.
I hope many concerned constituents will make use of this service which can be accessed at www.which.co.uk/news/coronavirus"
