Earlier this week Local Assembly Member for Monmouth, Nick Ramsay dropped off some essential items to patients at Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny. The local Mothers’ Union organised the delivery of bags containing flannels, soap, a comb, toothpaste and toothbrushes to help those patients in need of supplies.
Speaking after making his delivery to the hospital Nick said: "I was pleased to be able to help in a small way by dropping off some urgently needed supplies to the Chaplain of Nevill Hall Hospital.
“ Well done to Jenny Swattridge of Raglan and the Mothers’ Union for organising this. Non-Covid patients are unable to receive visits from family or friends at the moment so basic essentials such as these are in great demand."
