Monmouth Assembly Member Nick Ramsay is calling on the Welsh Government to look at providing more support for smaller buildings of historic interest following his visit to Mathern Mill’s Open Day on Sunday.
Speaking today, Mr Ramsay said: “The Grade II listed is fascinating to visit. It has been lovingly restored over a number of years and is a fine example of a Monmouthshire mill, one of many mills in operation across the area.
“I look forward to making a return visit when the mill opens next year.”
